Large Stained Glass Honeycomb Terrarium

I took my honeycomb terrarium design and made this longer version for starters and small potted plants. The glass border on the top and bottom is a mixture of textured, clear art glasses. The hexagons are individually cut and wrapped in copper foil, before being soldered over a form to create the curve. 

• 21” L x 9” W x 10” H (at the peak on a 1.5” wood base)
• Hand-cut glass, wrapped in copper-foil, then soldered using traditional stained glass techniques
• Wood base is made in my wood-shop and has a routed top to hold the glass securely in place
• Designed for plant starters and small potted plants
