This whimsical design is meant to capture the feeling of floating bubbles in glass. The milk colored glass bubbles are made with hand blown sheet glass from Germany and are trimmed in a rich blue. The shape of the case references more traditional Wardian cases.
The glass lifts off of a routed wood base for easy planting or displays, and includes a liner.
Each of my terrariums are designed and handmade using traditional stained glass techniques in my Michigan studio.
