This is one of my original stained glass terrarium designs, inspired by the 19th-century Wardian cases once used to transport plants across the globe. Terrariums played a key role in early botanical expeditions and were soon adapted for use in Edwardian and Victorian homes. From the beginning, the blend of function, style, and natural beauty is what makes terrariums unique.

• 12" L x 8" W x 16" H (at the peak with 3" H wood base)
• Hand-cut glass, copper foiled, and soldered by a stained-glass artisan with over 18 years of experience.
• Handcrafted wood base with routed top to hold glass securely 
• Functions as a closed terrarium with a removable lid for easy venting
